Rail Car Ramp Hydraulic Leveler
The RCR Series hydraulic dock leveler offers unmatched environmental control by storing in the vertical position allowing the door to form a perfect seal to the pit floor. The RCR Series offers you improved cleanliness, protection of overhead doors, increased security, improved productivity, and easy maintenance.
They come in 8’, 8’6”, & 9’ standard widths and 5’, & 6’ standard lengths with 8’ and other lengths available. Standard capacities for the RCR Series are 40K, 50K, & 60K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

Roller Trolley Assembly for Lateral Movement
This allows for unit to be shifted from side to side to accommodate the position of the rail car. This can be done manually or through the use of an optional hydraulic side shift control.

Rail Car Ramp Controls Available
The standard is a wall mount control panel. An optional hand held control is available that allows for somewhat better visibility when positioning the unit into the rail car door opening.

Power Up / Power Down Operation
Constant pressure push-buttons control the raising and lowering of the leveler and positioning of the lip.

Standard Run-off Guards on Sides With End Loading Support Arms
Run-off guards assist in the prevention of accidents by keeping your forklift driver near the center of the unit. They are standard with all RHR units. The end loading support arms can “hook” the bed of railcar to support unloading of materials right at the door until space is clear for lip.
